This is a typical player piano made by Aeolian from the early 70’s

This piano uses paper rolls with holes that match keys on the piano. Air is used to read the holes by the tracking bar. The air activates valves that direct vacuum into small bellows that strike the keys from beneath the keyboard to make the music.
